G'Dieter Danes guarantees this puppy to be in good health on the date of purchase.  This puppy is guaranteed against hip dysplasia, any life-threatening inherited diseases, and life-threatening conditions caused by our care.  This guarantee is for one year from birth of this puppy and is dependent on the following: 

The above dog must have care as required by seller/breeder (see 3-page dane info).  This care includes feeding a holistic dog food which is 23% protein or less 2 to 3 times per day for the first year.  Vitamin C is required every day during puppy's growth... dose according to weight as prescribed by Drs. Foster and Smith.  Glucosamine and Chondroitin is highly recommended. This puppy must have NO Vitamin/Mineral supplements (except as mentioned above).  

NO PROHEART 6 WILL BE GIVEN TO THIS DOG OR ANY 6 MONTH TREATMENTS.  NO RABIES SHOTS WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS.

There must be NO FORCED EXERCISE (as described on 3-page dane info) during rapid growth period which could be up to one year.  This puppy must have NO UNSUPERVISED play with other animals/kids and NO ROUGH PLAY at all with animals larger than this puppy for the first year of his/her life.   

The purchaser named above must take this puppy to his/her Vet for examination as soon as possible, but within one week from purchase.  If any life threatening disease or condition is found for up to one year of age, the buyer may return this puppy for a replacement.  This guarantee is invalid if the condition is in ANY way related to the buyer's neglect, abuse, or care.  This guarantee is binding only for purchaser named above.  All of the above conditions must be met for this Guarantee to be valid.

Medical/Shot/Deworming/Cropping Record

Declaws were removed 08-08-07.

Your puppy was dewormed on 09-04, 09-18, & 10-03-07 with Pyrantel pamoate.  This is for the removal of roundworms and hookworms (Mother is NOT on Interceptor).  Please take a stool specimen to your Vet and deworm again if needed.

Puppy vaccine was given 10-03-07 using Vanguard Plus 5 (DA2P+CPV).  This is for Canine Distemper, AdenovirusType 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus.  Next puppy vaccines due 10-31-07 and then 11-28-07. 

Ears were not cropped.
